Villaflora Subdivision in Cugman set for turn over to city

THE Villaflora Subdivision Phase II Homeowners Association, Inc. can now turn over the subdivision’s amenities to the city government.

This, after the 20th City Council headed by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, during its regular session on Monday, enacted an ordinance accepting the offer of the homeowners to turn over to the city the open spaces, road lots, and drainage of Villaflora Subdivision Phase II in Barangay Cugman.

Legislators, likewise, authorized City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign the Deed of Donation for the purpose.

The turnover was recommended by the City Housing Board and the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
