Two subd projects soon to rise in CdeO

TWO more subdivision projects will soon rise in Cagayan de Oro City.

This, as the 19th City Council headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy during its regular session on Monday enacted separate ordinances approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Familia del Rio Subdivision Project in Barangay Lumbia and Intalio Estates Subdivision Project in Barangay Canitoan.

Familia del Rio Subdivision with an area of 43,029 square meters is a socialized housing project with 656 lots/units developed by Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation.

Meanwhile, the Intalio Estates Subdivision project developed by the Property Company of Friends, Inc. with an area of 12.2 hectares containing 463 units.

The committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively, sponsored the approval of said PSDPs.
