Two more applications for LSB accreditation up for review
The applications for LSB (local special bodies) of two non-government organizations will be tackled by the committee on planning, research and innovation, and people’s organization accreditation chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya anytime next week.
These include the Cabula Lumbia Landless Association which was organized in 1986 and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 21, 2002.
It is a barangay-based organization that seeks to pursue the common goal of unity, self-efficiency, and self-reliance through decent housing.

Likewise, for review is the application of the Bagong Buhay Muli Lingkod ng Filipino sa Pag-unlad, Inc. with office address in Barangay Lapasan.
Also registered with SEC, the association aims to unite, develop and maintain camaraderie among its members in order to effectively address matters of common interests and concerns.
The NGO’s objectives include achieving sustainable development for the community, peace, and prosperity and in performing other acts and deeds necessary, convenient, or accidental for the accomplishment of the above-mentioned objective provided it will not engage in any political partisan activity.
