Subdivision in Balubal in the offing

MEMBERS of Zion Village Homeowners Association in Barangay Balubal will soon have its subdivision site.

This, as the 20th City Council during its regular session presided over by Presiding Officer Pro Tempore Councilor Romeo V. Calizo, approved the Development Permit (DP) application of the said association for its Zion Village with an area of 40,000 square meters, containing 215 units classified as socialized housing project.

It may be recalled that Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas led the ocular inspection of the property, together with the city’s technical team, for the proposed subdivision site.

The approval of the permit, however, is subject to the conditions imposed by the Office of the City Engineer, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) and other government agencies.

The committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Cabanlas sponsored the approval of the said DP. (JBDacer/SP)
