Subdivision committee to inspect proposed condo project in Balulang

The City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate, chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, is set to inspect on July 6, 2023, the site of the proposed condominium project in Barangay Balulang.

This is in view of the application of A. Brown Company, developer, for the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan of its Zircon Condominium project with a land development area of 28,974 square meters. The developer plans to build a 14-floor residential condo project, generating 363 saleable units under PD 957, The Gavel learned.

The City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) endorsed the application, citing that all conditions stipulated are subject to monitoring. Representatives of the developer, CHUDD, the City Engineer’s Office, and members of the committee are expected to join the scheduled inspection.
