Subdivision cmte to inspect memorial park project

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, said an ocular inspection will be conducted at the Golden Haven Memorial Park CDO Phase III located in Barangay Bulua.

This was agreed during the recent committee meeting in response to the application for Development Permit (DP) of the Golden Bria Holdings Incorporated, developer of the memorial park.

The proposed project covers an area of 10,922 square meters, containing 2,140 plots under PD 1216 and PD 1096.

The City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) and City Engineer’s Office endorsed the application. However, the developer was required to consider some conditions during the developmental stage.

Among others, the developer is required to construct an infiltration pond prior to any development activities on project site. The desilting of any siltation and eroded materials that may affect a waterway of any residential area shall be the responsibility of the developer.

All works for the said development shall be in accordance with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) standard specifications. (SP/JBDacer)
