Subdivision body backs payments of buildings affected by Tablon Hospital road project

The building owners affected by the proposed road for the Tablon Hospital project will soon get paid.

This, after the City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate, chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, favorably endorsed the payment of the 10 buildings, which were affected by the 10-meter-wide proposed road from the National Highway towards Tablon Hospital (Infirmary Facility) located in Barangay Tablon.

City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, the City Budget Office, the Local Finance Committee, and the City Appraisal Committee recommen-ded the approval of the just compensation payment, noting that it is in accordance with the relevant standards pursuant to Section 7 of the R.A. 10752.

Councilor Roger A. Abaday supported the approval of the request for payments to the affected families.
