Subd comm to inspect proposed condo project in Macasandig

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed state chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas is set to conduct an ocular inspection on February 26, 2025, at the proposed condominium in Barangay Macasandig.

This was agreed during its recent meeting following the discussion on the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) by AZ Development Corporation of its condominium Ridge Garden Project.

The PSDP is for the two eight-storey condominium buildings with a total floor area of 3,502 square meters.

Invited to join the inspection are the representatives of the developer, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer, and City Planning and Development Officer. (JBDacer/SP)
