Subd Comm endorses PSDP application of Johndorf Ventures

THE City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas favorably endorsed the application of Johndorf Ventures Corporation for a Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of its subdivision project Orchard District under township development.

The proposed subdivision covers an area of 440,660 square meters, containing 175 lots, located in Barangay Balulang.

The City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), the City Housing Board, and the City Engineer's Office reviewed the application and recommended that it be approved.

Councilors Joey Abbu, Aga Suan, and Roger G. Abaday recommended the approval of the application of PSDP and likewise referred to the Committee on Laws and Rules also chaired by Councilor Cabanlas for appropriate action.
