Subd comm backs PSDP of proposed subdivision in Lumbia

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas favorably endorsed the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Patpat Lumbia Relocation Project, a socialized housing project of the city government, located in Barangay Lumbia.

This, following the discussion of the application during the committee meeting yesterday noting that the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) and City Engineer’s Office recommended the approval of the application.

The proposed subdivision project covers an area of 33,068 square meters, generating 171 lots.

Councilor Cabanlas referred the matter to his committee on laws and rules for appropriate action. (JBDacer/SP)
