Subd comm backs PSDP of new subdivision in Lumbia

THE City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas recommended the approval of the application of First Community Cooperative (FICCO) Development Corporation for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of its FICCOVILLE-IV subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia.

With an area of 81,279 square meters, the proposed subdivision project will have 253 socialized housing lots and 344 economic lot units.

The application for PSDP was referred to the Committee on Laws and Rules also chaired by Councilor Cabanlas.
