Subd comm backs payments to lot owners

THE City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas recommended the approval of the requests for land acquisition payments to lot owners whose properties were affected by city projects.

The requests to cover payment of just compensation includes the properties affected by the existing Mandumol-Indahag Road and the road widening project at Carmen-Canitoan Road; as well as the 235-square meter lot affected by the 2.00 meter-wide South Diversion Road located in Barangay Camaman-an. 

The committee favorably endorsed the land expropriation requests to the Committee on Laws and Rules chaired by Councilor Cabanlas.
