Subd Comm backs land expro for sewerage treatment plant, fish landing area project in Bonbon

THE City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate, chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, favorably endorsed the request for the full payment to lot owners whose properties will be affected by the proposed sewerage treatment plant project and fish landing area in Barangay Bonbon.

The land expropriation request amounting to P48.4 million was recommended for approval by City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, the Local Finance Committee, the City Legal Office, and the City Appraisal Committee.

Councilors Joey Abbu and Aga Suan, who were present during the meeting, also moved for the approval of the request and its referral to the Committee on Laws and Rules also chaired by Councilor Cabanlas for appropriate action.
