Subd cmte tackles developer’s application for another housing project
THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas discussed the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development (PSDP) of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation for another subdivision project in the city.
The developer applied for PSDP for its Familia Del Rio project in Barangay Lumbia, covering an area of 43,024 square meters, containing 656 lots/units under BP 220.
A representative of the developer said this project was not inspected yet by the committee. However, the representatives of the City Building Official (OBO) already conducted an inspection for the purpose of issuance of certification for the road, he said.
With this, Councilor Cabanlas said the committee will conduct an ocular inspection of the area upon receiving the application for Development Permit (DP).
The committee recommended the approval of the PSDP application and endorsed this to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for appropriate action.
