Subd cmte reviews subdivision plans

The City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas has reviewed the applications for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Taekwood Crest Subdivision and the Pryce Gardens Cagayan de Oro expansion.

Taekwood Crest Subdivision developed by A. Brown Company, is located within the boundary of Barangays Balubal and Agusan with an area of 76,600 square meters, containing 213 lots.

During the meeting, Councilor Cabanlas noted the report of the City Engineer’s Office that the road width of the subdivision is less than the minimum requirement. He recommended observance of the hierarchy of roads per City Ordinance No. 6629-98.

The committee indorsed the approval of the PSDP application on condition the developer comply with all the conditions imposed by the City Engineer’s Office before applying for Development Permit (DP).

Meanwhile, the committee referred to the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) for further review the PSDP application of the Memorial Park of Pryce Corporation for its Pryce Gardens Cagayan de Oro expansion project with an area of 24,464 square meters located in Barangay Balulang.
