Subd body to tackle alteration of plan for housing projects

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas is set to discuss the application for alteration of plan for subdivision projects of various housing developers.

Escalicas Land OPC, developer of the proposed condominium, applied to alter the plan from townhouse project to proposed four-storey residential condominium project containing 1,245 square meters located at Scions Subdivision in Barangay Kauswagan.

The City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) recommended for the approval of the application subject to the conditions imposed by the concerned agencies.

The committee will likewise tackle the request for alteration of an approved retaining wall plans of Gold Residences, applied for by the Liberty Land Corporation.
