Special Patents to city’s six properties with DENR Okd

Through an ordinance, the 20th City Council headed by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez authorized City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to file the applications for the issuance of Special Patents in the name of the city with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

This covers the described six properties owned by the city government. These six properties are situated in Macanhan, Barangay Carmen with a total land area of 4,799 square meters, and 14,725 square meters in Barangay Mambuaya.

The application for issuance of Special Patents were endorsed by City Mayor Uy, City Local and Environment and Natural Resources (CLENRO) and City Legal Office.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
