SP to review 2 CSOs for accreditation

The City Council committee on planning, research and innovation and people’s organization accreditation chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya is set to tackle and review the application of two civil society organizations (CSOs) for membership in the local special bodies (LSB) pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-083 and Article 64, Rule XIII of the Rules and Regulations Implementing the 1991 Local Government Code or funding their projects from the city or other sources as required under the COA circular pertinent thereto.

The groups include Zone 10 Cugman Urban Poor Livelihood Association Incorporated and Makabangko Tribo sa Higaonon Abaca Farmers Association Incorporated.

The City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) endorsed the application of the two groups after complying with various administrative requirements that will qualify them to the LSB.
