SP to look into concern of homeowners' assn
VICE Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy referred to the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, for appropriate action the letter of the Pueblo Golf Estates Homeowners Association Inc. (PGEHAI)
reiterating its request for the review of Ordinance No. 14021-2021, approving the Development Permit (DP) of Golf Estates Cluster 5 Subdivision Project in Barangay Canitoan.
The PGEHAI president cited that the ordinance has directly violated the approved Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan (PSDP) of the project, alleging that the conditions laid out in the PSDP were not complied with.
PGEHAI said the revocation of the subject ordinance is being requested not only because of its inherent flaw but also due to the decision of the Human Settlement Adjudication Commission (HSAC) on January 27, 2022, enjoining Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PODC), among others, from developing Cluster 5.
