SP suspends regular session in deference to Lenten season

IN observance of lent, legislators of the 20th City Council headed by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez has agreed to suspend the regular session on Monday, April 14, 2025.
During the regular session, presided over by Presiding Officer Pretemporal Councilor Romeo Calizo, the City Council passed a resolution for the purpose, without prejudice to the holding of special session as provided for in the Internal Rules of Procedure (IRP) of the City Council.
The next regular session is scheduled on April 21, 2025 after the holy week. (JBDacer/SP)
