SP Oks PSDP of new subd project in Canitoan

Through an ordinance, the 20th City Council headed by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Intalio Estates Phase II Subdivision project located at Sitio Agong in Barangay Canitoan.

The proposed subdivision to be developed by WeeComm Magnum Properties, Incorporated has an area of 84,433.70 square meters with 471 lots.

The developer is requested to provide adequate warning signs for public safety and awareness, rain harvesting facilities equivalent of 0.02 cu.m./sq.m. of roof area, and detention pond.

The ordinance was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estates and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
