THE 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy, approved the Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan (PSDP) of the Golden Haven Memorial Park Phase III located in Barangay Bulua.

The memorial park developed by the Golden Bria Holdings, Inc. has an area of 9,245 square meters, generating 2,198 lawn lots.

This, however, is subject to the conditions that the developer separate the technical description intended for parks and playgrounds and community facility areas, secure

environmental clearance from the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO), among others.

The developer is also required to submit the consolidated site development of the entire memorial park as to connectivity of the road network and drainage system of the whole development.

The PSDP application was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
