SP Oks PSDP, DP of subdivision projects in city

MORE subdivision projects will rise in Cagayan de Oro.

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy, approved on Monday the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the subdivision project of Balubal Santan Homeowners Association.

The subdivision project covers an area of 21,864 square meters containing 135 lots located in Barangay Balubal.

The legislative body likewise approved the Development Plan (DP) of Tierra Nava Lumbia Subdivision project.

This covers an area of 74,657 square meters containing 822 lots/units for economic housing project under BP 220, located in Barangay Lumbia, as applied for by Johndorf Ventures Corporation.

The separate ordinances approving the said PSDP and DP were reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
