SP oks annual budgets of 2 barangays

IN its regular session, Monday, presided by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, the 20th City Council, adopted separate resolutions returning to Barangay Besigan and Barangay Pigsag-an their respective annual budgets for CY 2024 with the information that said ordinances are operative in their entirety.

Barangay Besigan has allocated the amount of P4,475,911.00, while Barangay Pigsag-an allocated P4,241,841.00, both intended to fund for their capital outlay and for payment of personal services, and maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE).

The legislations were reviewed and endorsed by the Committees on Barangay Affairs and on Laws and Rules, respectively chaired by Councilors Yan Lam S. Lim and Edgar S. Cabanlas.
