SP OKs alteration plan of subd project in Brgy Agusan

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the Alteration of Plan of a portion of Taekwood Hills Subdivision Project in Barangay Agusan.

This is however subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office and the City Housing and Urban Development Department, City Housing Board.

The developer, A. Brown Company, Inc., applied for the alteration in order to align the road network connecting Taekwood Phase 2 to Taekwood Phase 3, The Gavel learned.

The change of subdivision plan covers an affected area of 29,829 square meters, particularly Block 31 and portions of Blocks 30, 32, 33, and 34.

Legislators likewise approved the application for its change of name from Taekwood Hills Phase 3 to Belle del Mar.

The ordinance was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
