SP Oks alteration of plan of subd project in Carmen

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Rainier Joaquin V. Uy approved the Alteration of Plan of the Golden Village Subdivision located in Barangay Carmen.

This is, however, subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department, and the City Housing Board.

The Mindanao Golden Valley Corporation, developer of the subdivision, applied for the resizing of Block 14 from one lot into 20 saleable lots and three lots specified as 4.00-meter-wide easement with a total area of 20,611 square meters.

The developer informed the legislative body that the lot has not yet been sold and all lots are still entitled to the developer.

The ordinance was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
