SP OKs accreditation of NGO in LSB

THE 19th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy adopted a resolution accrediting the Mabuhay Lumbia Residence Association, Inc., for purposes of its membership in the local special bodies. This is

pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-72 and Article 64, Rule XIII of the Rules and Regulations Implementing the 1991 Local Government Code, or funding its project from the city or other sources.

The association, composed of 150 household members, is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The legislation was endorsed by the committees on planning, innovation and development and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
