SP OKs 2021 budget of Brgy 24

THE implementation of declogging and desilting of drainage, rehabilitation of materials recovery facility (MRF) and other priority projects in Barangay 24 is in the offing.

This after the 19th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy adopted a resolution returning to the Barangay Council of Barangay No. 24 its appropriation ordinance covering its annual budget for 2021 in the amount of ₱12.6 Million with the information that it is operative in its entirety.

From its development fund, the barangay also intends to rehabilitate its multipurpose building and purchase calamity supplies and equipment from its calamity fund, among others.

The resolution was endorsed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively.
