SP hails Dr. Lam for topping October 2023 Physician Licensure Exam

THROUGH a resolution, the 20th City Council headed by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez congratulated and commended Dr. Justin Riley Y. Lam for topping the October 2023 Physician Licensure Examination.

It was learned that Dr. Lam, a Kagay-anon and a Cebu Institute of Medicine graduate, garnered a percentage rating of 89.00. Dr. Lam’s family owns the Shanghai Bakery in Cagayan de Oro City. With his accomplishment, Dr. Lam has given honor and pride to the City, legislators expressed.
