SP endorses Proposed Route Structure for 23 RTMI coaster units to LTFRB

Through a resolution, the 20th City Council on its regular session yesterday presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez, endorsed to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB)-Region 10 the proposed Route Structure for the 23 coaster units of the Rural Transit Mindanao, Incorporated (RTMI) servicing Cagayan de Oro to Balingoan via Gaabucayan Road, Corrales Road, Gaisano Mall, Centrio Ayala Mall, SM Puregold, Lapasan and vice versa.

This is in response to the request of the RTMI to address the transportation demands of the riding public.

In his recommendation, RTA Acting Department Manager, Engr. Nonito A. Oclarit said that RTMI will be allowed to temporarily extend its route from the Agora Market City Terminal towards the existing designated loading and unloading zone for drop-off only.
