SP congratulates Engr. Cuenca as Presidential Lingkod Bayan 2024 awardee

Through a resolution, the 20th City Council, headed by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, congratulated and commended Engr. Armen Cuenca of the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO) for being a regional awardee in the Civil Service Commission-Region 10 Search for Outstanding Government Workers under the Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award category.

Engr. Cuenca, who has worked in various roles within the city government particularly in CLENRO for over a decade, has been instrumental in several key projects including the city’s waste management system.

The Lingkod Bayan Award is among the highest honors given to civil servants recognizing their exceptional efficiency and integrity in public service.

The resolution was sponsored by Councilor Roger G. Abaday and all members of the City Council.
