SP backs contract of lease for City COMELEC office

THROUGH an ordinance, the 20th City Council, during its regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, authorized City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to enter into and sign the Contract of Lease by and between the city government and Anne Blanco Agnes covering the lease of the latter’s Doors 5, 6, and 7 to be used as the City Commission on Elections office for the 1st District.

The property had an aggregate floor area of 95.58 square meters located at the corner of Rosal and Mabolo Streets, Barangay Carmen.

It was learned that the required funding shall be charged against the current appropriation of the City’s budget for CY 2023 ‘Non-Office – General Public Services – Special Purpose Fund – Rental Expenses – Comelec’.
