SP authorizes Mayor Uy to sign plans of city’s housing projects

The 20th City Council during its regular session presided over by City Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez enacted an ordinance authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign the Subdivision Plans/As-Built Plans of the housing projects of the city government.

These socialized housing projects include the Bueno Oro Socialized Housing Project, Balulang Socialized Housing Project, Puntod Socialized Housing Project – Phase 2, CDORSHP-1 Phase 2 (Alteration of Plan, Macanhan Relocation Project (remaining portion of Lot 3818 and Lot 3817), Subdivision Plan of lot at Mambuaya School Site and barangay site, and Tignapoloan Socialized Housing Project.

This was endorsed by the City Local Environment and Natural Resources (CLENRO) -Task Force Emancipation of Piso-Piso Beneficiaries (TFEPB) headed by Engr. Armen A. Cuenca, in compliance with the requirement of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

The ordinance was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
