SP authorizes Mayor Uy to purchase ambulance

THE 20th City Council, in its regular session Tuesday, enacted an ordinance authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to apply for Authority to Purchase Motor Vehicle (APMV) with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)-Regional Office 10, covering the utilization of the trust fund for the purchase of ambulance.

It will be funded under the FY 2023 Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FA to LGUs), in the amount of ₱2,500,000.00, pursuant to DBM Local Budget Circular No. 150 dated March 8, 2023 and DILG Circular No. 2022-105 dated August 23, 2022.

The legislation was certified urgent by the City Mayor and approved by all members of the City Council.
