SP approves DP of subd project in Camaman-an

ANOTHER subdivision project will soon rise in Barangay Camaman-an.

Through an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the Development Plan (DP) of the Ecoverde Kaiyo Subdivision Project.

The proposed subdivision covers an area of 37,331 square meters containing 347 units under the Economic Housing Project/BP 220, as applied for by the Ecoverde Homes Corporation.

This is, however, subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department and the City Housing Board.

The DP was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
