Socialized housing project to rise in Brgy Canitoan

Another socialized housing project will be developed in Barangay Canitoan.

Through an ordinance, the 20th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez approved the Development Permit (DP) of the Cagayan de Oro Resettlement and Socialized Housing Project-1, Phase 2B (CDORSHP).

The housing project covers an area of 0.89704 hectares with 74 lots. This housing project was endorsed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department and City Engineer’s Office for approval.

The ordinance was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
