Skyline Residences subd project to rise in Upper Balulang

ANOTHER subdivision project will soon rise in upper Barangay Balulang.

This, as the 20th City Council, during the 93rd regular session presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez enacted an ordinance approving the Development Permit (DP) of Skyline Residences Subdivision project.

The proposed project covers an area of 34,696 square meters, containing 47 lots, as applied for by the A. Brown Company, Inc.

The approval of DP is subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Housing Board, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Engineer’s Office.

It may be recalled that few days ago, the Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas conducted an ocular inspection of the area, emphasizing the importance of drainage outfall and the sizes of the road.

The DP was reviewed and endorsed by the Committee on Subdivision and Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Cabanlas.
