Rezoning of lots in Puerto and Bugo OKd
TO GIVE way to the implementation of another subdivision project, the 19th City Council headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy this week approved Ordinance No. 14163-2021, rezoning the land use from agro-industrial to residential of lots owned by Matimco, Inc. located in Barangays Puerto and Bugo.
With a total area of 710,740 square meters, the lots are classified as agro-industrial as reflected in the official zoning map under the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of the city.
The properties were inspected by Councilor Edgar Cabanlas, chair of the committee on subdivision, with representatives of the City Engineer’s Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), Agricultural Productivity Office and concerned barangay officials, among others.
