Resizing of subd lot in Brgy Lumbia Okd

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the alteration of plan of a portion of Sunrise Bliss Subdivision Project located in Barangay Lumbia.

The Rochedacer Ventures, developer of the subdivision, intends to resize Lot 44 of Block 3 into two lots with an affected area of 169 square meters.

The alteration of plan was recommended by the City Engineering Office and City Housing Board with conditions that compliances shall be subject to strict monitoring, and any misrepresentation and/or non-compliance of the subject conditions shall be a cause of cancellation of the alteration of plan, among others.

The ordinance was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas with Councilor Maria Lourdes Gaane, member of the committee.
