Resizing of lots of subd project in Bulua up for review

THE resizing of various lots of Eduardvile Subdivision-National Housing Authority (NHA) located at Zone 12 Barangay Bulua will soon be tackled by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.

This, after the Bulua Homeowners Association, submitted to the committee the application for Alteration of Plan of lots involving the area named Arthur Crausus with an area of 282 square meters, Vima Pacino with an area of 132 square meters, Marie Glor Mission with an area of 70 square meters, and Candido Bagsican with an area of 66 square meters.

The City Engineer’s Office and City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) recommended the approval of the application subject to the conditions stipulated in the recommendation.

The application for alteration of plan was also endorsed by the City Housing Board with the information that conditions shall form part of the approval of the application.
