Residential condo project to rise in Kauswagan

A RESIDENTIAL building condominium project will soon rise in Barangay Kauswagan.

This, after the 20th City Council during its regular session, presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the Adeline condominium project.

This, however, is subject to compliance with the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer’s Office, and City Housing Board.

The proposed five-story condominium project covers an area of 1,245 square meters, containing 18 units (under PD 957 for mid-cost), as applied for by the Escalicas Land OPC.

The approved PSDP was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
