ANOTHER condominium project will rise in the city.
Through an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of a residential condominium project in Barangay Carmen.
The project covers an area of 50,003 square meters, containing 2,610 units as applied for by the SM Development Corporation.
As conditions for the PSDP approval, the developer is required to provide parking spaces, parks and playgrounds and community facilities and other areas, and provide rain harvesting facilities and detention/retention pond, among others.
The PSDP of the condo project was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
