PSDP application of proposed subdivision in Lumbia up for review

THE City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas is now reviewing the application for Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan (PSDP) of the proposed subdivision project located in Barangay Lumbia.

The proposed project, applied for by the Johndorf Ventures Corporation, covers an area of 160,039 square meters.

It was learned that the PSDP application was reviewed and favorably endorsed by the City Housing and Urban Development with some conditions such as provision of warning signs for public safety and awareness during the construction development, among others.

The Barangay Council of Lumbia passed a resolution interposing no objection to the proposed subdivision project, saying that the barangay highlighted the importance of the local government in driving positive change and fostering progress within the community.
