Property owners set to claim payments for city project disruptions
LAND owners whose properties have been affected by recent city infrastructure projects will soon have the opportunity to claim compensation payments from the city.

This, as the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas is slated to tackle several requests to appropriate funds for the full payment of improvements of property owners.
It was learned that the portion of the property in Barangay Tablon was affected by the 10-meter-wide proposed road from National Highway towards Tablon Hospital (infirmary facility), while the other property in Barangay 35 was affected by the proposed opening of Limketkai Road Extension project from Justo Ramonal Street to J.R. Borja Extension.
The requests for land expropriation were favorably endorsed by City Mayor Rolando A. Uy including the issuance of the certificate of availability of funds (CAF) and the endorsement of the City Legal Office. (JBDacer/SP)
