Pascual wants CEO to look into landslide-prone areas

COUNCILOR Jay R. Pascual, chair of the City Council committee on agriculture, said he is hoping that the City Engineer’s Office (CEO) will take appropriate action concerning the occurrence of landslides in some hinterland barangay roads.

Pascual observed that even if roads leading to these barangays are now mostly developed, landslides are still considered a major problem.

“Hopefully matabangan sa atong City Engineer’s Office (CEO) kay medyo alanganin ang atong katawhan sa kabukiran dili makaagi atong sakyanan tungod sa daghan gakahitabo nga landslide,” the councilor further explained.
