Oro Dads authorize expropriation of Tablon Hospital affected buildings

THE 20th City Council, during its regular session, presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, authorized City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to negotiate the identified property owners who will be affected by the proposed road project going to the Tablon Hospital in Barangay Tablon.

The Gavel learned that properties such as buildings, fences, and other structures will be affected by the 100-meter-wide proposed road. The council authorized Mayor Uy to initiate the filing of expropriation proceedings with the court in case of failure of negotiation.

The ordinance was sponsored by the Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
