Oro dads approve SK budget of Brgy Mambuaya

THE 20th City Council, during its Monday session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the 2024 annual budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Mambuaya, with an estimated income of ₱870,898.00.

The fund was sourced from the barangay's 10% development fund for various youth-oriented programs, projects, and activities.

Part of the budget will be used for the payment of personal services for SK members, as well as for maintenance and other operating expenses.  

The SK of Mambuaya also allotted ₱590,000 for youth development and empowerment programs such as education, environment, health, agriculture, active citizenship, social inclusion and equity, and governance.

The said legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the Committees of Sports and Youth Development, chaired by Councilor Kenneth John D. Sacala, and on Laws and Rules, chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
