Oro Dads adopt 2023 CDO Citizen's Charter , Flooding Contingency Plan

The approval of the Citizen’s Charter, considered as an indicator under the Business Friendliness and Competitiveness governance area, was in compliance with the assessment for this year’s Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) which was held last June 16, 2023.

As in the previous years, the SGLG maintains the “All-In” principle where the city has to pass all ten (10) governance areas. The commitments outlined in the Citizen’s Charter are anchored on transparency and accountability necessary in building trust between the government and its constituents.

In line with this, Vice Mayor Rodriguez and the members of the City Council has joined in the call of City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy in achieving a “shared goal of a transparent and accountable government that serves the people of Cagayan de Oro with integrity and excellence.
