New subdivision projects to rise in city
Two new subdivision projects will soon rise in the city. Through separate ordinances, the 20th City Council headed by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez during its regular session Monday presided over by Presiding Officer Pro-Tempore Councilor Romeo V. Calizo approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Saint Therese Phase 2 subdivision project in Barangay Balulang and of Navona Court subdivision project in Lumbia.
A. Brown Company, Inc. applied PSDP for the Saint Therese Phase 2 subdivision which covers an area of 23,618 square meters, and contains 47 lots, while Johndorf Ventures Corporation applied for the proposed Navona Court which covers 16,144 square meters containing 164 lots/units.
The PSDP applications were reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
