New subdivision project to rise in Brgy Lumbia

ANOTHER subdivision project will soon rise in Barangay Lumbia.

This, as the 20 th  City Council during its regular session presided over by Presiding

Officer Pro Tempore Councilor Romeo V. Calizo approved the application for

Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Keilana Heights Subdivision

Project.

To be developed by Keilana Resource and Development Corporation, the subdivision

project covers an area 80,442 square meters, generating 510 lot units.

The approval of the PSDP is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Housing and

Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer’s Office, and other

government agencies.

The ordinance was reviewed and favorably endorsed by the committees on subdivision

and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S.
